Description
The SACC Site Coordinator is responsible for the planning and overall operation of a high quality Afterschool program, including overseeing one before and/or after school site and providing leadership for additional sites as determined by Director. This position must demonstrate high quality member service to Afterschool program participants, families, members, and volunteers while promoting YMCA core values and encouraging lifelong learning.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must meet EEC requirements: Minimum of one year experience working with school age children (without BA). Minimum of six months experience working with school age children (w/BA).Must be 21 years of age.
- Knowledge and experience with EEC regulations and QRIS is preferred.
- The ability to develop positive, effective working relationships with, staff, children & families, volunteers, school administrators are critical to this position.
- Effective teaching skills, the ability to implement methods to address and follow up with family needs/concerns in a positive and professional way reflecting an attitude that values diversity.
- Must meet EEC Educator PD requirements; PQ Registry to reflect all trainings. CPR and 1 st Aid required and provided by the Y, Child Protection & Reporting and Employee Safety on line trainings upon hire.
