Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Leader to join our team. As a key member of our early learning program, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the students, and fostering positive relationships with children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the students by maintaining a clean and developmentally appropriate environment
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families through effective communication and collaboration
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development by encouraging positive relationships and participation in developmentally appropriate activities
- Observe and document children's progress and behavior, reporting any concerns to the Site Coordinator or childcare management
- Assist in providing reasonable accommodations to allow children with disabilities to participate in activities
