What You’ll Do:

  • Create & Implement: Develop engaging lesson plans that support children’s physical, cognitive, and emotional development.
  • Nurture & Support: Foster strong relationships with children and families, keeping them informed of their progress.
  • Ensure Safety & Inclusion: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment where every child feels valued.
  • Collaborate & Grow: Work with a team of educators to create a positive, cohesive classroom atmosphere.
  • Meet High Standards: Maintain compliance with EEC regulations, NAEYC best practices, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and staff.
  • Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child growth and development.
  • Classroom experience is preferred but not required—we value dedication and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Teacher: Meets EEC Teacher qualifications.
  • Lead Teacher: Meets EEC Lead Teacher qualifications.
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education (Associate's preferred, Bachelor's a plus).
  • Knowledge of EEC regulations, QRIS Standards, and NAEYC best practices.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.

Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, reach, lift up to 25 lbs, and actively engage in activities such as climbing, running, and outdoor play.
