- Create & Implement: Develop engaging lesson plans that support children’s physical, cognitive, and emotional development.
- Nurture & Support: Foster strong relationships with children and families, keeping them informed of their progress.
- Ensure Safety & Inclusion: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment where every child feels valued.
- Collaborate & Grow: Work with a team of educators to create a positive, cohesive classroom atmosphere.
- Meet High Standards: Maintain compliance with EEC regulations, NAEYC best practices, and quality standards.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and staff.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and child growth and development.
- Classroom experience is preferred but not required—we value dedication and a willingness to learn.

- Teacher: Meets EEC Teacher qualifications.
- Lead Teacher: Meets EEC Lead Teacher qualifications.
- Degree in Early Childhood Education (Associate's preferred, Bachelor's a plus).
- Knowledge of EEC regulations, QRIS Standards, and NAEYC best practices.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
