We are seeking a friendly, motivated individual to join our team as a Temporary Customer Service Representative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and working in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will be the welcoming voice customers hear when they call, assist with payments, answer routine questions, and lend a hand with simple technical tasks like updating records and scanning documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Assist with payment processing and answer routine questions
- Perform simple technical tasks, such as updating records and scanning documents
Requirements:
- Great communication and people skills
- Previous customer service experience (a plus)
- Strong computer know-how—especially Word, Excel & Outlook
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Duration of this temporary position may last up to six months.
