What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Customer Service Team Member position at South Tahoe Public Utility District?
We're seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Temporary Customer Service Representative.
This role involves being the welcoming voice customers hear when they call, assisting with payments, answering routine questions, and lending a hand with simple technical tasks like updating records and scanning documents.
As a key member of our team, you'll work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, for up to 6 months. We're looking for someone with great communication and people skills, previous customer service experience (a plus), and strong computer know-how—especially Word, Excel & Outlook. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are also essential.
