Responsibilities

- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar efficiently.
- Collect patient information and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with medical collections and verify insurance information as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and update patient files in electronic health record systems.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations within the office.
