Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve 15% YoY revenue growth.
- Implement a structured sales process to improve lead conversion and close rates.
- Ensure strong alignment between sales, call center operations, and field execution.
- Work with the General Manager and Operations to balance capacity planning with revenue targets.
Call Center & Sales Team Management
- Directly oversee and manage the Call Center Manager, ensuring that inbound and outbound efforts generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to call center and sales staff to improve appointment setting and close rates.
- Maintain a strong presence in the office and field, conducting ride-alongs and hands-on coaching to improve individual and team performance.
Team Development & Performance
- Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing sales team.
- Utilize industry-standard KPIs to monitor sales performance and implement continuous coaching.
- Develop and enforce accountability measures to ensure team members hit and exceed quotas.
Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation strategies while ensuring the sales team effectively capitalizes on opportunities.
- Analyze customer trends and feedback to refine pricing, promotions, and service offerings.
- Foster strong customer relationships to drive long-term retention and upsell opportunities.
Data & Performance Metrics
- Monitor sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and revenue trends.
- Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to drive informed decision-making.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure sales targets contribute to company profitability goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue Growth: Achieve 15% YoY increase in total revenue.
- Sales Conversion Rates: Improve lead-to-sale conversion rates.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Increase new customers and drive repeat business.
- Call Center Contribution: Improve lead quality and conversion from call center appointments.
- Sales Team Performance: Maintain quota attainment across all sales reps.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell Success: Improve average ticket size and revenue per customer.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a service-based industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue growth targets.
- Experience managing both inside and outside sales teams..
- Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing sales teams.
