What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Office Assistant at Trustees Front Desk position at Southampton Town Trustees?
The Town of Southampton is looking for motivated individuals to work in the Town Trustees office at the front desk processing licenses and permits, answering phones, filing, copying, faxing, typing and working with the general public. Must have a positive attitude and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with heavy customer service.
Computer Skills a must - Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; some training will be provided.
Minimum qualifications are: Graduation from a standard senior high school.
20 hours/week – Year round part-time (no benefits)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.91 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
