The Southampton Youth Association, Inc (SYA) enriches the lives of youth through recreational programs that expose them to fun activities, expand their community of friends and mentors, and encourage healthy decision-making.

This organization provides a supportive and engaging environment for youth to thrive and grow. As a Summer Camp Leadership/Head Counselor Staff Member, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for our campers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and overseeing daily camp activities.
• Support and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for campers.
• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and leadership.
