The district is presently undergoing extensive turnaround at all levels, with the assistance of the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. REQUIREMENTS :
- An Associate's Degree from an accredited college strongly preferred
- Proficient in both English and Spanish in all forms of classroom communication
- Ability to work collaboratively with classroom teachers
- Cultural sensitivity and interest in working with a diverse student population
- Able to communicate effectively in English with building administrators, teachers and support staff, students, and parents
