Description

NRG Management is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer/ VP to join our team.  We are looking for a dynamic leader who can manage all aspects of marketing and strategy with a  background in SEO, PPC, and hands on experience in managing a team.

The Chief Marketing Officer is pivotal in the assistance of marketing the programs and services to prospective referral resources and securing new patient referral relationships for our addiction treatment programs.  The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing and lead generation strategy at NRG MGMT LLC. The Director will work closely with the commercial and executive team to understand the company’s positioning and go-to-market strategy in order to implement the marketing tactics required to generate the expected number of qualified sales leads. Key aspects of the role will include content coordination and execution, as well as the successful management of the digital marketing channels which is a significant success factor and focus for this position (key digital channels include paid ads, SEO, website operations/UX, social media, and webinars).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and monitor marketing strategies
  2. Increase brand awareness through a cohesive marketing plan 
  3. Track competitor activities
  4. Monitor, scrutinize, and improve marketing campaigns
  5. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation
  6.  Lead and mentor a team of marketing professional
  7. Plan and execute effective social, email and digital marketing campaigns tailored to Facilities’ goals and needs, through various channels including web, SEO/SEM, PPC, retargeting and paid social
  8. Strategic planning. As a leader of business development efforts, you will be responsible for creating short-term and long-term plans to achieve business growth goals.
  9. Collaborate with the team to develop ads and landing pages, creatively direct digital campaigns with limited outsourcing
  10. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  11. Identify and analyze digital trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on that analysis
  12. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  13. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  14. Interact directly with clients on campaign planning, execution and reporting; provide clients with thoughtful analysis of campaign results and recommendations for optimization and performance improvement opportunities
  15. Brainstorm and execute new and creative growth strategies for Facilities
  16. Demonstrable experience leading and managing social, email and digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, Google Ad Words and display advertising
  17. Use working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints to develop company websites to target market audiences.
  18. Working cohesively with various departments to strengthen relationship building with community providers to develop referral relationships and collaborating with the admissions department to manage leads from referral sources, is critical to ensuring an efficient admissions process.
  19. Managing a referral source database to assist with marketing and admissions, as well as developing and maintaining ongoing reports to monitor progress against goals, requires strong data management skills.
  20. Overseeing the production of marketing materials, advertising, and organizing marketing events requires excellent project management skills.
  21. Networking. Representing the organization at conferences and professional meetings and establishing a robust network is important to build a pipeline of referral sources.
  22. Manage all areas in the development of marketing/PR materials and events that will be utilized for building relationships with senior executives, medical professionals and other key decision makers, through presentations, seminars, trade shows, cold calling and telemarketing that will result in new patient referrals.
  23. Directly assists and supports marketing department personnel at key meetings with executive level audiences (travel runs roughly 25-75%) and can encompass nights and weekends.
  24. Contributes to the development of and participates in department-wide campaigns, seminars and all other initiatives as directed by management.
  25. Demonstrates punctuality, organization and proficiency in all areas of scheduling, filing, meetings, presentation and customer relations.
  26. Demonstrates high proficiency in all computers related applications - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Frontpage and able to learn Photoshop, etc.
  27. Demonstrates initiative, personal responsibility, and ownership of work to meet monthly, quarterly and annual marketing goals in both written and verbal formats.
  28. Demonstrates ability to find and manage vendors to successful fulfillment of all marketing objectives
  29. Answer calls from Google as well as chats from the Live Chat feature on our website
  30. Collaborate with senior leadership to define marketing goals, priorities, and budgets

Qualifications:

  • 10 years' experience in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred) 
  • Extensive PPC and SEO experience
  • Strategic thinking ,and hands on managing a team
  • Healthcare/substance abuse experience is preferred
  • Work in office
