Bookkeeper
This position would report to the General Manager
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Inventory Tracking
- Answering Customer Calls
- Creating and Verifying Customer Orders
- Providing Customer Service support
- Processing Invoices
- Filing
- Assist in Inventory Accuracy
- Producing Monthly Statements
- Producing Periodic Reports
- In and Out Logistics
Requirements:
- QuickBooks Experience
- Sales Tax Experience
- Inventory Management Experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Advanced Math Kkills
- Attention to Detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
