Always the right career direction.Job Description SummaryThe Manager Financial Accounting is responsible for leadership of the general accounting areas of Southeast Health and assigned subsidiaries. Responsibilities include timely preparation of monthly and year-to-date financial statements, annual operating and capital budget preparation, annual audit, account reconciliations, financial analysis, capital tracking, grant accounting, statistical tracking, intercompany transaction management and productivity monitoring reports. The Manager Financial Accounting must be able to facilitate the flow of information and communication between accounting and other areas of the organization as well as outside agencies. The manager is responsible for leadership and participation in improvement events and must use critical thinking skills for problem resolution.
