Program Details
The Recreation Staff Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of program staff, developing and implementing curricula, and ensuring the quality of programs. This is a part-time temporary position that requires flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance skill development and engagement among participants.
- Maintain accurate records of time worked and submit them on time.
- Communicate effectively with the recreation coordinator and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Foster positive relationships with youth, parents, and guardians through enthusiastic and fun experiences.
Salary range: $15-$16.25 per hour.
