- Provide individual and group counseling to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student needs and challenges.
- Assist students in setting academic and career goals and developing action plans to achieve them.
- Facilitate workshops and programs on topics such as college readiness, conflict resolution, and mental health awareness.
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records to ensure effective support and interventions.
- Act as a resource for students experiencing personal challenges, providing guidance and referrals as necessary.
- Master’s degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid state certification or license as a School Counselor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with students, parents, and staff.
- Experience working with high school students in an educational setting preferred.
- Knowledge of counseling best practices and current trends in adolescent development and education.
- Knowledge of Infinite Campus is preferred.
