Job Overview
Southeast Application Consortium seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as a Recreation Staff Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the administration of established curriculum, overseeing program staff, and ensuring the quality of programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance skill development and engagement among participants.
- Maintain open communication with the recreation coordinator and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Monitor child behavior and implement disciplinary action plans as needed.
- Manage time worked and record it accurately on timesheets.
- Foster positive relationships with youth, parents, and guardians through enthusiastic and fun experiences.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15-$16.25 per hour, depending on experience.
