Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role involves various clerical tasks, including taking payments, answering calls, copy, scan and communication with clients and staff. The successful candidate will have strong computer literacy.

Duties

  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Answer Phones
  • Take Payments
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
  • Copy/Scan

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role preferred
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends
