What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Experience Leader Bullitt County Campus position at Southeast Christian Church?
Lead a Full Force team at BC Campus to implement a fantastic ‘One at a Time’ guest experience from street to seat.

- A passionate shepherd experienced in developing teams and volunteers
- A faithful servant with a humble heart of Christ.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the execution of Southeast’s Guest Experience with intentionality and clarity
- Recruit, train, lead, and appreciate volunteers for these areas of ministry:
- Greeters/Ushers
- Parking Lot
- Café/Hospitality
- Special Event weekends
Our Requirements
- Strong work ethic and a team player who interacts well with staff, members, and guests
- Currently resides in or is willing to relocate to Bullitt County
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one
- Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun
