Job Summary: Performs customer service functions in the clinical office setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for incoming calls.
- Scheduling of medical and dental appointments.
- Appointment confirmations (24 hours in advance).
- Routing of phone messages.
- Follow up on no-show appointments.
- Inform patients of past due balance at point of contact.
- Insurance Verification
- Collection of co-pays, deductible, and fees.
- Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function well in stressful situations.
- Performs other duties as requested assigned.
Other Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge required
