Description
Southeast Elevator, the leader in residential home elevators, is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team and drive sales results through outstanding customer service. This role serves as the first point of contact for incoming leads, ensuring timely responses, qualifying prospects, and connecting potential customers with the appropriate Territory Manager. The Sales Coordinator will also assist with proposal follow-ups, contract processing, project coordination, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for leads via phone, web, and email, responding promptly and qualifying prospects.
- Provide outstanding customer service by gathering key details, offering product and process information, and introducing customers to the appropriate Territory Manager.
- Follow up on proposals and track award timelines, updating PipeDrive/NetSuite as needed.
- Assist with contract processing, ensuring all required fields are complete, deposit payments are received, and project status is monitored.
- Support Territory Managers by engaging with customers on cab selections and processing change orders when needed.
- Coordinate with Project Management to ensure seamless job turnover, updating platforms like Monday, ESS, and NetSuite.
- Process new builder requests, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary documentation.
- Assist with data mining and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Help manage marketing and tradeshow activities throughout the year.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (PipeDrive, NetSuite, Monday.com preferred).
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Sales support or administrative experience preferred.
