Company Description:
SES is the leading contractor service for builders and developers in the Atlanta market, providing framing, siding installation, window installation and many other functions. SES operates in multiple segments from residential to commercial construction for major companies throughout Georgia.
Job Description:
The Project Manager will work each day to ensure we meet and exceed the customers’ expectations with their siding and exterior needs. Some of the functions performed each day will include, but are not limited to:
• Manage 8-12 communities within a 50-mile radius
• Check jobs to ensure crews have proper material at the start through completion of the job
• Review plans and details of the job with the crew and builder for accurate installation
• Manage projects to ensure Quality and Safety requirements are met
• Work with scheduling and finance to ensure accurate completion and billing of work performed
The Project Manager should display a strong character trait as he/she will be the face of the company in the market.
Job Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus but not req
• Strong work ethic
• Strong character
• Construction experience – nice to have but not required
• Technology savvy – use of Microsoft / BuilderTrend / etc
Compensation:
• Salary based on experience
• Company vehicle provided

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
