Southeast Handling Systems (SHS) is your Bobcat forklift dealer serving the Southeast for all of your material handling needs. SHS offers a wide range of new & used equipment, rentals, service, parts, warehouse solutions, automation services and more.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- SHS Field Service Technicians travel to our customer to work on all types of forklifts and related material handling equipment.
- Our technicians interact and communicate with our customers to keep their equipment operating safely and efficiently and have the responsibility to provide the best possible service, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair for customer and company equipment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of mechanic experience, familiarity with LP and diesel, and is proficient with diagnosis and repair on engines and hydraulics.
- A clean driving record is required*
- We also need technicians with electrical knowledge and experience.
An automotive technician’s knowledge, skills, and abilities can often be applied to forklifts; additionally, as a Forklift Technician you DO NOT have to fight Flat Rate standards!
