Job Details
2 years of either Stepdown Experience
1 : 4 ratio
8 beds
Must have experience with a variety of patient diagnosis to include Cardiac : post cardiac procedures, A-fib flutter, stable AMIs, Respiratory : Optiflow, V-60s, no Ventilators. Diabetics : insulin drips, Cardiac drips include : Cardizem, Cardene, Amiodarone, Tridil, renal dose Dopamine, Heparin
New travelers are OK if they have stepdown or PCU experience.
Self-Scheduling, every other weekend required.
Orientations are every other Monday, but the facility is on a Wednesday - Tuesday Pay Period, so contracts will end on a Tuesday.

Job Requirements
All applicants must have an active AL or compact RN license at time of submittal
COVID Vaccination - will accept a Religious or Medical exemption with proof
Flu Vaccination - will accept a Religious or Medical exemption with proof
Compliance will be due 1 week prior to start
Scrubs are all navy OR navy bottoms and white top
7 days max allowed for time off

Additional Details
Qualivis : Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file.
Candidate MUST bring Drivers License to first day. Name on Drivers License MUST match name on RN license. Candidate must live at least 90 miles from facility.
Must provide Social Security Card or confirm / add last four digits of SSN in notes.
