- Provide leadership and guidance to Employment Specialists, ensuring adherence to IPS fidelity standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including VR offices, to coordinate services and build caseloads.
- Conduct individual supervision, field mentoring, and job development shadowing opportunities to support Employment Specialists.
- Participate in planning, implementing, and leading assigned services, including annual Fidelity reviews and steering committee meetings.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, employees, and stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives and departmental goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in a leadership role providing employment, personnel, social services, or other applicable experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
- Skilled computer knowledge, including Word, Excel, internet platforms, and other electronic media.
- Understanding of supporting individuals with disabilities and/or barriers to employment, education, and/or independent living.
- Regularly required to stand and walk, sometimes sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
- Required to be able to walk and sometimes run up and down stairs.
- Specific vision abilities required, including close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
