High school diploma or GEDProficient knowledge of Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated complete administrative skills, including excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsExperience with bookkeeping, contracts, and budget management (purchasing, accounts payable, receivables, etc.)Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptionsDemonstrated strong organizational and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environmentAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationDemonstrated ability to maintain positive relationships and understanding of customer service
