Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, sports administration or related fieldAbility to work nights, weekends and holidays when neededAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionDemonstrable experience in personnel supervisionExperience with contract development, negotiation and implementationExperience in media advertising, public relations, and/or promotionsSales experienceDemonstrate experience and/or knowledge in working in an arena environmentExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsExperience in event creation and planningDemonstrate experience with website development; management and social media coordinationExcellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptionsProficient in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets and graphics softwareDemonstrated experience and understanding of customer serviceRequired Information & Deadline
