Primary Responsibilities
- Process outgoing official transcript requests
- Process grade change requests
- Process permanent record updates (address, name change, citizenship, social security number)
- Process billing for transcript requests
- Review and data entry of transcript information - domestic, military, and international
- Review and updating of transfer equivalency tables
- Assist with correspondence related to domestic, military, and international transcript processing
- Assists customers with inquiries through a comprehensive understanding of Registrar's Office and University processes and procedures
- Provide administrative support as needed to Assistant Registrar for Transfer Articulation
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Access
- Demonstrated ability to learn different and new technologies
- Experience using email programs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult interactions with diplomacy, tact, and in a confidential manner
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette)
- Work history that emphasizes an understanding of customer service and reflects an ability to work with a high volume of telephone and customer contacts
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize information to make independent decisions with minimal supervision
- Ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff, students, and the public
