- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls promptly, showcasing a smile even in remote interactions.
- Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and efficient use of exam and treatment rooms.
- Prepare daily schedules for each provider, streamlining their workflow.
- Prepare patient charts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Manage patient flow to reduce wait times, ensuring timely access to care.
- Assist patients as needed, providing support throughout their visit.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly condition, reflecting positively on our practice.
- Nurture professional relationships with referring offices, fostering strong partnerships.
- Ensure confidentiality of all information, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
