Assistant Plant Manager

Job Description

Objective: This position will oversee and be able to perform all duties at our further processing facility in Rogers Arkansas. We are a dark meat deboning facility.

.Duties will include:

• Overseeing all of the production areas
• Making sure product is ran according to our customers specifications
• Ensuring that all Supervisors are properly trained and understand the company's goals
• Controlling overtime
• Communicating with our Human Resources department on hiring needs
• Will be responsible for reporting to the plant manager
• Overseeing all areas of the further processing facility
• Representing the company in front of customers.

Skill/Qualifications:

• Must have general computer skills - including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must have management experience preferably in a poultry facility
• Must have flexible schedule
• Sales experience a plus

Required experience:

Management, Microsoft Office, Poultry Production Supervisor/Management Experience: 3 years

Pay: Up to $150,000.00/yr DOE
