Mission:
The mission of this role is to market our services actively and strategically to desirable referral sources, to generate new relationships, and opportunities that consist of viable, quality leads for business while also fostering mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships.

Compensation Range:
  • $50,000- $60,000 Annual Base Salary based on experience
  • Attractive incentive plan that includes the opportunity to earn in excess of 50% of base salary in quarterly incentives
  • Company issued vehicle OR up to $550/ month auto allowance
Education/Professional Experience/Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional work experience
  • Experience with data logging and Customer Relationship Management Systems
Team Member Expectations:
  • New Opportunities (Sales) - Researching and analyzing information about prospects, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Quality Sales Touches - Building and maintaining positive and mutually beneficial business relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and building relationships with new ones. A Quality Sales Touch is defined as a conversation with a key decision maker that includes an ask for business.
  • Customer Relationship Management Stewardship - Manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the client lifecycle with the goal of improving retention and profitability.
