What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Team Coordinator position at Southeast Restoration?
Mission :
To ensure the integrity of customer job file data across multiple business systems to support the construction management teams with scheduling accuracy, exceptional communication and documentation, program requirement compliance, equipping the project managers to reach revenue goals and customer service goals.
Compensation Range :
22.00 - $28.00 Hourly Rate based on experience. Opportunities for overtime are available.
Education / Professional Experience / Skills :
Minimum 3 years professional experience
Team Member Expectations :
Data Integrity Management - Support a large volume of projects by maintaining the integrity of the data across multiple platforms. This includes job creation and set-up, ongoing financial management of projects, work order support, timely invoice processing
Administrative Support to Construction Project Managers - Provide requested support to a team of Construction Project Managers on a daily basis to include documenting a file, communicating with customers both on the phone and / or text, obtaining and submitting documentation as needed to aid in the completion of projects
