We are looking for an office team member that is energetic and neat in appearance , friendly , self motivated . As a office manger you will lead by example and coach team to provide exceptional patient experiences.

  • Maintain focus on a productive schedule that supports dentists and hygienists as they deliver high quality patient care and exceptional experiences.
  • Work within budget guidelines to maintain supported office profitability.
  • Manage accounts receivables including timely and accurate insurance claim processing and patient billing.
  • Assist patients with applying for credit and other financial assistance.
  • Coordinate daily team huddles, weekly team meetings and quarterly practice business meetings.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, training and annual performance & salary reviews for team members within the practice.
  • Serve as the point person for office management
  • Verify practice invoices
  • Clinical and non-clinical supplies ordering
  • Schedule team members to ensure adequate shift coverage and facilitate requests for time off.
  • Maintain protocols and guidelines as they relate to patient privacy (HIPAA) and team member safety (OSHA).
  • Assist in the interviewing, on-boarding and training of new hires. duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
