A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AC FACILITY MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST:
In this dynamic role, your workday begins by reviewing your schedule and prioritizing tasks for the day. As you travel to various commercial locations, you handle HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and other facility repair tasks such as plumbing and electrical work. Thanks to your competency and expertise, you work efficiently and safely, communicating with clients and team members as you document your work in the company software system and provide before and after photos.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AC FACILITY MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST:
The Must-Haves:
- 3 years of industry experience in facility maintenance, particularly in AC/HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license with no major infractions
- Ability to perform physical tasks common to construction
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting and servicing
YOUR TYPICAL SCHEDULE:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential rotating on-call weekends.
