ABOUT THE ROLE
Standard work hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with possible rotating on-call weekends.
As an AC Facility Maintenance Tech, you kick off your day by reviewing your schedule and prioritizing your tasks. As you travel to different commercial locations, you tackle HVAC troubleshooting while also handling general maintenance tasks such as plumbing and electrical repairs. Your ability to work efficiently and safely ensures that each job runs smoothly. You'll maintain clear communication with clients and team members, using company software to document your work and share before and after photos.
What we're looking for in a candidate:
- 3 years of industry experience in facility maintenance, particularly in AC/HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license with no major infractions
- Ability to perform physical tasks common to construction
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting and servicing
