FORMER ATHLETES
We’re expanding our local B2B sales team, and we’re specifically looking for former athletes who want to be a part of a team of like-minded high achievers in a competitive and challenging environment. College-level athletic experience or higher is preferred.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a business-to-business (B2B) outside sales role, and you will be focusing primarily on new client acquisition in the first phase of your career, gradually shifting to reworking past business accounts and referrals.
We train extensively on our time-tested prospecting system, setting up group enrollments with small to medium sized businesses, getting and working referrals effectively, and we have proven scripts for every part of the sales process.
During the initial few weeks of training, you’ll have a number of days where you’ll get to work side-by-side doing on-the-job training with some of the top producers in the country, and they’ll also invest time into helping you develop traction and momentum in your local territory.
In addition to initial classroom training (1 week) and on-the-job training (throughout your first month), we also provide a custom CRM to help organize your prospecting and follow up, and we do ongoing training every week.
Someone who’s highly successful in this role will also have the ability to:
- Work well independently
- Break the ice easily and establish rapport with prospects
- Handle a high degree of rejection
- Self-manage their schedule, goals, and plan successfully and with consistency
- Ask for and take coaching and feedback well (humble but confident)
- Smile a lot and maintain a positive attitude :)
