Summary :
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Marketing Communication Specialist provides a vital role in educating the public regarding Southeastern Integrated Care’s service lines. The Marketing Communication Specialist should possess a passion for creativity, and a deep commitment to Southeastern Integrated Care’s mission. This role will be integral in creating communication flows, advertising strategies, and data insights to enhance the company's culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create and update websites.
- Create brochures, pamphlets, business cards and other marketing materials.
- Manage content creation, scheduling, and publication across platforms.
- Create visually appealing and platform-optimized content using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Foster community engagement through timely responses to comments, messages, and user interactions, boosting customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on social media trends and algorithms to ensure the brand's content remained relevant and competitive.
- Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.
- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages.
- Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
- Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
- Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization and content development.
