The Collector/Technician will also diagnose and repair industrial laundry equipment, including but not limited to commercial coin washers/dryers (homestyle), coin laundromat equipment, and on-premises washers/dryers. This position will occasionally require overnight travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Money Collection: Collect coins and paper money from designated laundry sites.
- Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and repair industrial laundry equipment.
- Overnight Travel: Be prepared for occasional overnight stays each month.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in laundry service is preferred. Relevant experience in appliance repair, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing services is also acceptable.
- Training: Technicians will undergo comprehensive training, including continued education from manufacturers to stay current with our offerings.
- Physical Ability: Capable of moving and lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Preemployment Screenings: Must successfully pass all preemployment screenings, including MVR check.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
- Availability: Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Flexibility for occasional after-hours and weekend service is necessary.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel, with some overnight stays required, typically no more than 3-4 days per month.
- Team Player: Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
