Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Marietta, GA (On-site with potential for hybrid after 90 days)

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resource's function. This role will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance, driving employee engagement, and supporting strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in 401(k) administration (including census completion and Form 5500), workers' compensation audits, and general HR compliance. Experience with mergers & acquisitions and setting up operations in new states is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CAO to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and OSHA regulations.
- Oversee payroll execution and manage benefits programs, including 401(k) administration (census completion & Form 5500), workers' compensation audits, and medical, dental, and vision plans.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Manage recruitment efforts, oversee candidate selection, and streamline onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Develop and oversee an annual employee review process, working with leadership to implement performance improvement plans.
- Maintain and update the company handbook, ensuring alignment with legal and company standards.
- Oversee leave administration, including FMLA and ADA accommodation requests, and ensure seamless execution of HR programs.
- Assist with HR integration and compliance for new business acquisitions and expansions into new states.
- Lead company events, fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Aquisition experience
- 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and strong knowledge of employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
