Job Description:
The Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily activities related to ordering equipment, scheduling installations, and ensuring warehouse efficiency. This role will serve as a key point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and technicians to streamline processes and improve overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage equipment ordering, ensuring timely procurement and tracking of inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule installations, working closely with technicians, project managers, and customers to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain and improve warehouse operations, ensuring proper organization, inventory control, and timely dispatch of materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow and address operational challenges.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational delays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide reporting and analysis on operational performance, identifying areas for optimization.
- Support training and development of warehouse and installation teams to improve productivity and service quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field, preferably in equipment installation or warehouse management.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and scheduling software.
- Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
