Position Overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our coin laundry sales division within a designated territory. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, experience in commercial or coin-operated laundry equipment, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue and market share within the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's presence in the coin laundry market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with laundromat owners, multi-housing property managers, and investors, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate new leads and strengthen business relationships.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activity, manage the pipeline, and report performance metrics to leadership.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the service, installation, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer support and equipment installations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coin laundry equipment, financing options, and operational best practices to educate clients and close deals effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial laundry equipment, capital equipment, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a regional or territory-based sales role.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage accounts effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM software for sales tracking and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
