Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on CNC machine tools and industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance
- Install, service, and repair CNC machines, electric motors, and other essential machinery
- Operate forklifts and dollies to move and replace machinery as needed
- Use precision measuring tools to diagnose malfunctions and utilize hand/power tools to repair and reassemble system components
- Replace electrical components such as fuses, circuit breakers, light bulbs, and switches, following strict electrical specifications
- Collaborate with contractors and external vendors, ensuring timely and quality service
- Manage the installation and wiring of machinery, including electrical terminations at machines and panels
- Follow lockout/tagout safety procedures, ensuring the highest standards of workplace safety
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities to maintain operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- 3 years of CNC Maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in mechanical and control calibration standards and methods
- Skilled with hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
