Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Utilize inventory management software to track goods.

1. Shipping & Receiving:

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Verify and inspect deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packing lists.

1. Warehouse Operations:

• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Ensure products are stored safely and comply with safety regulations.

1. Coordination & Communication:

• Work closely with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to meet operational goals.
• Communicate with vendors and carriers to arrange transportation.

1. Safety & Compliance:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred).
• Experience: 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse environment with potential exposure to varying temperatures.
