Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Service Manager with a background in the manufacturing industry to lead our customer service team. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing order processing, production scheduling, and logistics coordination, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, production, and supply chain teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, lead times, and inventory management, along with the ability to anticipate and resolve supply chain challenges. A proactive leadership approach, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment and customer satisfaction are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and support the customer service team to uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing customers through proactive and effective communication.
  • Oversee order processing, tracking, and coordination with scheduling and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Professionally manage and resolve escalated customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and best practices to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately process orders, manage inventory and monitor production with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Serve as the key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a minimum of five years of customer service experience, with at least two years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision and development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
