Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled maintenance professional to join our team as a maintenance manager at our Piedmont, SC paper converting facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of maintenance technicians, managing projects, and ensuring our machinery runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Supervise a team of 4 maintenance technicians to ensure effective equipment operation
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues using advanced technical knowledge
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and optimize maintenance schedules
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize production
Qualifications:
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience with industrial automation and predictive maintenance
