What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Southeastern Powder Coating Llc?
- Greet visitors in a professional manner
- Provide visitors with information and direct them accordingly
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party
- Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitor and manage inventory of office and shop supplies; order and distribute office and shop supplies
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
- Managing filing system.
- Coordinating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize, clean, and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Coordinating events which may require the occasional weekend.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
