In this job, you'll report to the Corporate Real Estate Principal Manager of Facilities Asset Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key activities, programs, projects, and initiatives in all areas of Facilities Asset Management with a focus on compliance management, business continuity, operational maintenance, capital maintenance, and processes and procedures. As a Facilities Asset Management Senior Advisor, your work will help power our planet, reduce carbon emissions and create cleaner air for everyone. Responsibilities
- Influences the design of operational procedures and processes and ensures team members execute their work accordingly
- Develops and enforces new initiatives, particularly those designed to improve safety and productivity in the workplace
- Collaborates and manages agencies and other third-party external clients for regulatory compliance and leads facility condition assessments, asset planning, and long-range strategic planning
- Develops and implements continuous improvement practices, resolution management, and management of key metrics and benchmarks, as well as a facility asset lifecycle plan
- Provides departmental leadership by managing and allocating financial resources, developing and monitoring operational and capital maintenance budgets, and balancing day to day operations
- Drives the processes and reporting related to the launch and handover of all new facilities, collaborating closely with real estate, legal and development business functions to ensure alignment to company business and property strategy
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
