CLASSIFICATION:
Claims Department/Temporary Full-Time/Non-Exempt Grade I
EXPERIENCE & GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
- Must have the ability to expedite work to meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Must maintain confidentiality of documents processed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The most significant responsibilities of this job classification are:
- Scanning documents.
- Maintain and file material in an efficient and orderly manner.
- Perform daily support tasks for various departments.
- Interact with other employees effectively to deliver excellent customer service.
- Other responsibilities will be assigned by Management based on the individual's abilities.
NOTES:
This is a temporary position not to exceed 90 days.
