Job Summary

We’re looking for a hardworking, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in the VIRGINIA area.  After training, you will be responsible for 5 sites in an around the Virginia / Delaware / North Carolina area.  You’ll make sure our sites are operating efficiently, with regular inspections, conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly and respond to service calls as needed.  The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior equipment maintenance experience and is capable of working with limited supervision. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems to make sure they’re operating efficiently.
• Troubleshoot, diagnosis and repair natural gas compressors and other equipment.
• Complete paperwork and service documentation.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing compressors.
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units and electrical systems is a plus.
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques.
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must live in the Virginia area or be willing to relocate.
