PAYROLL SUPPORT ANALYST - TIME
JOB SUMMARY :
The Payroll Support Analyst position is responsible for supporting the timekeeping application by providing support to timekeepers, supervisors and managers across companies. The team provides customer service, time related guidance of time entry for new hires, terminations, system transfers, rehires, and other timekeeping functions related to company policies and FLSA standards. This position provides additional support for system issues, system upgrades, and regression testing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Job Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' work experience in payroll, customer service, analytics and / or timekeeping support. Oracle Time and Attendance strongly desired
- Experience with interpreting benefit policies related to time entry desired
- Experience with applying Labor laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act desired
- Experience processing and analyzing union contracts and time records for union employees strongly desired
