About the role and where you will be working :
This role will be responsible for leading workforce planning and engagement to ensure staffing aligns with service demand. This includes forecasting staffing needs, creating optimised schedules, minimising overtime costs, and managing contracted make-up hours. By working closely with the Recruitment team, this role will ensure timely hiring and deployment in high-demand areas.
About you :
In order to be successful in this role, you will need at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You will also need a strong commitment to person-centred care and be able to work both independently and within a team.
